Documents are an eligibility requirement
These are Verti programme conditions, not a claim that the same documents are legally mandatory for every trade. Documents do not guarantee the outcome of a service.
Registration extract
Legal name and Business ID. Extract issued within the last 90 days.
Representative authority
Signing authority or authorisation confirmed within the last 90 days. No passport required.
Liability insurance
Policyholder, work covered, period, limit and exclusions. The moderator checks coverage against the stated services.
Service and complaint terms
Pricing, extras, cancellation, liability, complaint process and contact.
- For work requiring permission or qualifications, attach evidence. The moderator assesses applicability to the stated work.
- The moderator checks sources, that the documents belong to the company, and each requirement separately. Uploading files alone grants no admission.
- Admission lasts at most one year and no longer than the insurance. Updated documents require a new review. Deletion or revocation makes the linked certificate inactive.
A level must be earned
Eligibility uses reviews from the last 365 days, verified representation, recent register data and no substantiated unresolved complaints. Stars and points are separate. Samples cannot be used as issued certificates.

Planned prices — sales are not open
Launch: a free badge linking to verification. Planned packages are €99/year and €249/year with materials. Final terms, taxes and scope will be published before payment is accepted. Authenticity checks remain available with every package.
